چکیده
In this paper we describe the partial results and future directions of a research in progress, which main goal is to analyze whether the opinion expressed through Twitter hashtags can help to identify and track online sentiment. Once confirmed this contribution, this type of hashtag can be used as input for applications that aim to detect and track automatically online population sentiment about different events.
